🎉 Celebrating 5 Years with Lisa Lynch 🎉

A huge congratulations to Lisa on reaching 5 incredible years with The Bears Group!

Starting with a brief stint at Burleigh Leagues Club before stepping into a Venue Manager leadership role at Burleigh Sports Club, where Lisa then spent five years taking the reins and making a lasting impact. Her strong yet warm, approachable and empathetic style has made her not only a valued leader within the management team, but someone truly admired by her team 💛

When the opportunity arose to bring the Bears Group vision to life at Nobby’s Beach Surf Club in December 2025, it was an easy decision to lean on Lisa’s expertise and appoint her as Venue Manager of the new club.

Lisa takes on challenges with grace and tackles opportunities head on with a glass half full mindset. We’re incredibly lucky to have her on our team.

Here’s to 5 amazing years and many more to come 🥂
